Mr. Allen is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience across Banking, Digital Transformation, Sales Strategy, and Leadership Development, Mr. Allen brings to FHC a rare blend of operational depth and strategic vision.
He has held senior roles in transformation and sales at National Commercial Bank Jamaica and served as Managing Partner at Xavmar Consultants, where he led major digital and governance transformation projects across the region.
Mr. Allen holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School in New Jersey, and a Bachelors in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
