ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS, COMPLIANCE & RISK.

Mrs. Karlene Simpson has worked in various capacities at the Churches Co-op Credit Union Limited and has made significant contribution to its development for the last 30 years. Progressing from Branch Manager in 2003, she has held the positions of Operations Manager, Senior Manager Operations, Risk and Compliance and now holds the position of Assistant General Manager- Operations, Risk and Compliance at First Heritage Co-op Credit Union Limited. She is holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) with First Class Honours, a Certified Risk Manager, she holds a Diploma in Compliance from the Manchester Business School and has numerous certification in financial services, compliance and Risk Management.
