ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – RETAIL SALES AND SERVICE

Mrs. Saint Beverley Tomlinson joined First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union (FHC) in January 2017 and is charged with the leadership of the Retail Sales and Service Division with additional responsibility for governance and management of the Micro & Small Business Unit.  Her core mandates involves the implementation of strategic initiatives and business development plans of the Credit Union that will allow the business to achieve its targeted growth and profitability. Her focus also includes improving efficiency and ensuring the delivery of unparalleled customer service.

Mrs. Saint Beverley Tomlinson possesses a wealth of experience in the financial services industry with decades of banking, finance and management experience to her credit, having served in various roles at the National Commercial Bank.  She is skilled in Sales Management and Sales Coaching activities.

Having attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Nova South Eastern University, Mrs. Saint Beverley Tomlinson is also a trained teacher with a Diploma in Education from Church Teachers’ College and certified Real Estate Sales Professional.
