DIRECTOR

Mr.  James is a Retired Senior Superintendent of Police, a former Executive Member of the Police Officers’ Association and Divisional Commander of St. Thomas. He currently serves as Chairman of the Paul Bogle High School Board of Management.

He has received numerous awards including the Medal of Honour for Meritorious Service, the Jamaica Constabulary Force Distinguished Service Award for the Development of Police Youth Clubs in Jamaica, as well as being named the LASCO Police Officer of the Year 2000. He is a Past President of the Kiwanis Club of St. Thomas.
